All purchased tickets must be exchanged for bracelets before being granted entry into the music festival.

 

The bracelet will be immediately put on to the customer’s hand, meaning the person who the ticket is for must be present when you exchange the ticket for the bracelet.

We are not liable for any broken or lost bracelets.

 

Please, exchange the ticket at a non-busy time before the festival and

exchange the ticket in time.

“Assistants”

 

Assistants get free entry to the music festival if their with the assisted.

The assisted has to purchase the ticket and exchange it for a bracelet, before the assistant gets granted their own bracelet for free. The assisted must show their own bracelet at the info-booth in festival’s entrance and at the same place the assistant will get their bracelet. The assistant can’t get their free bracelet at other ticket booths without paying. (Remember that the assistant must be accompanied by the assisted to receive free entry)
